The restaurant chef is one of the leading and most respected chefs in the state. She is perhaps best known to foodies as one of the 12 original founders of the Hawaii Regional Cuisine Movement which champions the concept of using fresh local ingredients in island menus rather than importing ingredients from out-of-state.

Ceremonies can take place on the grounds of the Country Country Club with specatular ocean and Mountain Views ($250 fee); or they can take place on the beach fronting the country club (No fee).

Below you will find sample menus with pricing. These prices are directly from the venue and are NOT MARKED UP.  Also included are wedding cake flavors and pricing along with bar menu and pricing. Once you reserve your wedding ceremony with us we put you in direct contact with the restaurant manager to plan that aspect of your wedding thus avoiding any middle man/wedding coordinator costs.

BY BOOKING THROUGH US YOU SAVE!
We offer the same product as our competitors but have no desire to make money off the food and beverage aspect of your wedding. Put it simply, we do what we do best: beautiful ceremonies with breathtaking photography and florals. Booking through us can also save you money rather than booking directly with the venue, because they are marking up the cost of the minister, photographer and musicians.

Hawaiiwedding.com will assist you with hiring a live musician or dj for your reception, lighting (lanterns and candles) as well as providing beautiful floral centerpieces

ABOUT THE LOCATION:

Located within one of the world's most scenic golf courses this venu features fantastic panoramic views of the majestic Haleakala Mountain and the pristine Pacific Ocean. Poolenalena Beach where most of our ceremonies take place (with no site fee) is located just below the country club.

If you choose to get married on the grounds of the club there are 3 locations available.
• The upper knowll $250 site fee includes up to 30 chairs.
• The lower knowll $250 site fee includes up to 30 chairs.
• Molokini Lookout $850 site fee includes up to 30 chairs

The Lower Knowll features a live web cam that can be accessed by family and friends who are unable to make it to Hawaii at no additional fee!
